The time Artist needs to prepare an artwork for shipping varies and depends on atwork. Tiny or small paintings, scultrures need less time, large canvas art and stained glass - a bit more time. Aproximatly 3 business days.

Depending on the size and cost of the artwork, the following postal services are used: CORREOS ESPAÑA/USPS, UPS, DHL.
Artist gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
In case of return/exchange, please, ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 36 hours of purchase.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Artist can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized artworks
Digital downloads (prints, NFT-art)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the artwork (painting, sculpture or stained glass) is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Artist must open returned parcel making a video with unpacking. Artist can denied refund/change amount of refund in case of artwork was demaged, stolen or changed to another object.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Artist is not responsible for delays due to customs.
The parties undertake to provide additional documents, if necessary, these documents for the preparation of a tax return.
